At Quokka Designs, we strongly believe that customer satisfaction and quality service is of utmost importance. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help.

We offer a hassle-free 3-day return/refund/exchange policy in case of sizing issues, damaged products, or other viable reasons.

In case of a refund, the same will be initiated once the return pickup is complete. The refund would be made once the quality check is completed at our facility. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order. Shipping charges will be applicable to the customer in case of refunds.

In accordance with our return policy, items must be in new/unworn condition in the original packaging for a return request/refund to be processed.
